Beginners – an intensive introduction to all the foundation kettlebell drills that will enable you to start training with the bell immediately, safely and effectively. This workshop will give you a strong kettlebell practice that will allow you to move onto the more advanced drills and combinations.
Intermediate/Advanced - for those who have completed the beginners, this workshop will introduce you to some of the more advanced and demanding kettlbell drills taking your training to the next level – this is where the fun really begins...
Certifications
Any Trainer serious about delivering the best possible results to their clients in the shortest amount of time MUST be teaching them kettlebells. If you're not already certified then get certified FAST! The kettlebell industry is beginning to boom and there are many people out there offering master classes, training workshops and certification programmes. Some are REPS endorsed others aren't, what's important is that they are experienced with the bell, qualified to a high standard themselves and focused on teaching good technique.
I am one of the most experienced kettlebell coaches in the UK and was one of the first instructors to be certified in Europe. I have been certified to the highest level by the best there is. Not only have I been training with the bell myself for four years but I also have four years teaching experience. If you would like to be certified by me, please get in touch. My certification programme has been submitted to REPS and will be accredited soon.
I guarantee that you will leave my course with excellent kettlebell technique and a strong repertoire of drills that will enable you teach your clients safely and effectively with confidence. I will also be available to you for some time after the course should you need further guidance or advice.
